This electronically controlled counter also features a ventilated cooling system that ensures the continuous and consistent preservation of your food items. A digital temperature display and controller will help you monitor and adjust the temperatures accordingly.
It features an automatic defrost system to prevent the accumulation of frosted ice within the chiller section, this will help maintain efficiency and ensure maximum use of the 230 litre capacity within the counter. Internally, this unit comes with rounded corners to eliminate inaccessible areas and prevent build-up of food debris.
